One of my favorite photos from my time in London. You can argue all day about what makes a great photo - lighting, composition, subject, context, timing etc. (Feel free to share your opinion).

The is probably a Finnish word for how I feel about this photo. When I see this photo everything I felt that moment comes back to me. I felt hungover, I remember being worried about money, I remember wondering was this the right path for me and how if it wasn’t then what the fuck am I doing.

This photo was taken at Nambucca’s Sensible Sunday and it was our home. Where we would gather each Sunday to eat a roast lunch, have a pint or just feel like you belonged. It felt like a big warm blanket.

Did anyone else have a place like that?
